We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
