1st Shift Warehouse Stocker
Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring products are properly received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This part-time position offers competitive pay starting at $23.75 per hour and involves working fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled warehouse areas. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.
- Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and basic arithmetic skills.
