1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker! Our warehouse operations ensure that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. As a part-time position, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. You will receive a starting wage of $23.75 per hour and benefit from a comprehensive training and safety program.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Contribute to inventory counts and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate in varying temperatures and use industrial equipment.
