1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the efficient flow of merchandise throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Contribute to optimizing warehouse processes and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious work behavior, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
