Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Interact effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
