1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report quality or safety issues.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Perform various physical tasks in the warehouse setting.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
