Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperates effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provides input for process improvements and inspects product quality.
• Acts independently within the delegated area of responsibility.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals and follows safety guidelines.
• Notifies management regarding product quality and safety concerns.
• Operates equipment safely and follows procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate machinery.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
