2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a 2nd Shift starting at 3:00 PM. The role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Make decisions to improve processes and achieve goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
