2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores, providing quality service to our customers. As a Warehouse Associate, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. With comprehensive training and a focus on safety, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Identify areas for process improvement and work towards achieving warehouse goals.
• Act independently within your responsibilities to support warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capacity to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varied temperatures.
