Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to fulfill store orders and maintain warehouse standards. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in achieving warehouse goals and ensuring product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious, collaborative, positive, and success-driven behaviors.
• Interprets and applies company policies accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
