Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with a team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize work efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
