2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Show resilience, drive for success, and organize work efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, and move product throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures, including outdoor and cooler/freezer environments.
