2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler for our team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and conducting inventory counts. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively, follow safety guidelines, and communicate effectively with team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team player with organizational and efficiency skills.
