2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a key role in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will be responsible for tasks such as stocking merchandise, relocating products, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with your team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drives for success, and efficient.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
