2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour depending on the shift. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting, loading, and unloading shipments, as well as maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will work collaboratively with your peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise.
• Clean the warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Suggest process improvements to management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
