2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with the starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team and management. The role involves performing tasks accurately, operating equipment safely, and following company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates, demonstrates a positive attitude, drives for success, organizes efficiently.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, basic arithmetic skills, ability to work independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, movement of merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and operating industrial equipment in varying temperatures.
