2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages and benefits. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with your team to achieve warehouse goals and contribute to process improvements. The position requires physical strength to lift and move products and the ability to operate industrial equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Engage in inventory counts following guidelines.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Independently execute tasks within responsibilities.
• Support budgeted goals.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Communicate product concerns to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
