Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory management and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
