2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise, as well as collaborating with colleagues and management to maintain warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety, and communicate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work both independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
