2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory management. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines and prepare shipments.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise effectively.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory activities.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, cooperative attitude, positive resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift products up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
