2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will contribute to the efficiency of our warehouse operations ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered accurately. As a part-time team member, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, cleaning the warehouse, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with your peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance processes and achieve budgeted goals. To excel in this role, you must be 18 years or older, demonstrate a positive attitude, collaborate effectively with your team, and strive for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely
