2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team ensures the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores, catering to our increasing customer base. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and starts at $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise movements and loading/unloading according to warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management to improve processes.
• Provide input on product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and efficiency in work.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving products up to 45 pounds.
• Working in varied temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
