Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality goods.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, resilient, and efficient.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, operating equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
