Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and collaborate with management on safety and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operating powered industrial equipment.
• Working in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
