Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a crucial part of the warehouse team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and lead a team of warehouse associates. This is a full-time position with an average of 45 hours per week and a starting salary of $85,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and oversee the daily tasks of direct reports.
• Manage inbound and outbound product deliveries to stores.
• Implement action plans to enhance operating results.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
• Lead, motivate, and train warehouse associates for optimal performance.
• Monitor and manage expenses while maintaining efficient operations.
• Address and resolve warehouse issues in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications
