Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will assist with key store management duties, supervising day-to-day activities, and ensuring the overall performance of the store. Your responsibilities will include developing operational plans, managing schedules, and identifying training opportunities to support the growth and development of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Understand company strategy and promote core values to foster teamwork.
  • Provide product feedback and recommendations.
  • Supervise store operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and signage standards.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Prior retail management experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
