Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play an integral part in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for implementing action plans, training employees, maintaining inventory levels, and maximizing sales through effective merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their performance.
• Maintain inventory levels and merchandise products efficiently.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
