Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily store activities, ensuring operational excellence, managing schedules, and fostering team development. This is a full-time position averaging 38 hours per week with a starting wage of $26.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise products effectively.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
