We are looking for a motivated Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Personal Training Lead, you will play a key role in advancing our personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets and enhance the member experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate customized programming to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain personal training clients by providing value and a sense of community.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
