Child Behavior Specialist - Sign-on Bonus

Job Description

We are looking for a Child Behavior Specialist to join Assure Health LLC's Positive Leaps team in West Chester, OH. As a Child Behavior Specialist, you will create a safe and therapeutic environment for children, implement treatment goals, and maintain documentation as per the Positive Leaps model of care. No prior experience with children is necessary as we provide training opportunities. This position offers full-time or part-time day shifts with a sign-on bonus of $750 distributed over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and structured learning environment for children.
• Interact professionally with children, families, and staff members.
• Implement treatment goals and maintain clinical documentation.
• Adhere to Ohio laws and Positive Leaps policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work and Ohio Social Worker License.
• Must be at least 19 years of age, with CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an active environment.
