Critical Infrastructure Manager I

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Critical Infrastructure Manager I to oversee the operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment in our data center(s). The ideal candidate will ensure 99.999% uptime, manage vendor relationships, drive operational excellence, and provide training to operations staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of data center operations to achieve 99.999% uptime.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive change toward operational excellence.
• Prepare reports on facility performance and customer utilization.
• Create detailed maintenance procedures and oversee disaster recovery exercises.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in critical infrastructure environments.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data center operations.
• Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of data center experience with equipment operation emphasis.
• Engagement in management and technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods, lift 50 lbs, and travel 5% of the time.
• Walk or stand for 50% of the time and use advanced keyboard skills.
