Salary: Up to $19.00/hr

In this role, you will play a vital part in providing a safe and supportive environment for young individuals in our care during the critical night hours. Your responsibilities will include overnight supervision, support, and fostering stability, personal growth, and healing for our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assist with bedtime and wake-up routines.
• Conduct bed-checks and provide crisis support when needed.
• Encourage student success, celebrate achievements, and reinforce positive behavior.
• Participate in programmatic activities and facilitate a structured residential routine.
• Document service delivery and incidents promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working with children.
• Valid driver's license, 21+ years old, and authorized to work in the US.
• Pass background and pre-employment checks.
