Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store associates, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, assisting customers, and ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance during shopping experiences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory, report product issues, and assist in inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
