We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the visual appearance of the store.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
