Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
