Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Offer exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Prompt and polite customer service skills
  • Efficient cash register operation
  • Safe equipment operation and general cleaning abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales
