Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This full-time position averages 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the store's cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Process customer purchases and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
