Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stocking of products. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Engage with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security of documents and data.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
