Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Assist in inventory management, including conducting inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
