Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience, ensuring the store maintains a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any related issues.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory and monitoring for discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Physical ability to perform stocking and cleaning tasks.
