Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures and maintain store cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior work experience in retail preferred but not required.
