Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in inventory management, including conducting counts and reporting any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
