Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and process customer purchases.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback, and maintain cleanliness in the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
