Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle transactions accurately.
  • Good physical condition to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
