We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company policies.
  • Process customer transactions and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling procedures.
  • Follow company guidelines while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Meet state requirements for alcohol sales.
