Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Performing customer purchases and general cleaning duties.
  • Stocking shelves and maintaining merchandise displays.
  • Offering exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers.
  • Collaborating with team members and providing feedback to management on store operations.
  • Participating in inventory counts and ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Adhering to cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Following company policies and upholding document security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide friendly and prompt customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capability to interpret and apply company policies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
