Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a dedicated team member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will enhance the shopping experience for our customers and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and providing guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute feedback to management on product quality and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold standards.
• Participate in inventory management and stock control.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and machinery safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
