Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your dedication will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate customer service excellence and teamwork by following ALDI's guidelines and expectations.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with the team and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve overall store performance.
  • Conduct inventory counts with accuracy and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
  • Capable of following company standards for cleanliness and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail is a plus.
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered.
