Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will help enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of fulfilling cleaning duties and following company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
