Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow established policies while maintaining document security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safe equipment operation and general cleaning skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience considered
